Mr. Joe Klassen
Senior Executive
Joe, with his wife, Theresa, opened the very first Joey's Only Seafood Restaurant in 1985; their first foray into the seafood restaurant business. Always the visionary, Joe is a charismatic leader who consistently develops new strategies to grow and expand the Joey's Only franchise business. Today, with more than 20 years of experience, and a 100+ Joey's Only locations in North America, Joe remains very "hands-on" in developing the Joey's Only menu and overseeing the company's operations and marketing. Joe also believes strongly in giving back to the community in which he achieved success. His philanthropic endeavors go far beyond Joey's Only.

Mr. David Mossey

Dave has been in the franchise restaurant business for over 20 years, both as a franchisee of another successful franchise and as a Joey's Only franchisor. Dave first teamed up with Joe Klassen and Joey's Only Seafood Restaurants in 1989. Joe and Dave began franchising in 1992, and have never looked back. Dave's experiences as a restaurant chain owner and franchisee have been instrumental in the transformation of the company as it evolved into a national leader in the fast casual restaurant sector. Dave spearheads the development and growth of franchise sales and manages the company's legal affairs. Dave also generously gives back to the community. Every summer he oversees the management of the very successful Joey's Only Charity Golf Classic in support of the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Mr. Andy Taylor
Senior Vice-President
Andy has more than 25 years in the Canadian restaurant industry, 14 of which have been with Joey's. He joined Joey's in 1994 as a Regional Manager and helped grow the company from 32 restaurants to more than 100. As Senior VP, Andy oversees all of the functions relating to the operation of Joey's/ Tennessee Jack's restaurants. This includes construction, training, day-to-day operations, product development, franchisee relations, and local store marketing.

Mr. Todd Perkins
Vice President of Operations
Before joining the Joey's Only team in the corporate restaurant in 1996, Todd managed a range of businesses from nightclubs to casual and upscale restaurants in Calgary, AB. Todd's 20 years experience in the restaurant industry and his 8 years of operations experience facilitates his current position of VP of Operations. Todd is directly responsible for overseeing the regional management team and operations for all Canadian Joey's locations. Todd also develops operational tools and systems to help franchisees run their restaurants more efficiently both operationally and financially.

Ms. Kathy Campitelli
Vice-President of Marketing & Communications
Kathy has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing and Communications. A graduate of the University of Calgary she received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a double major (Marketing and Information Systems). Kathy also successfully completed several Graphic Design courses at Mount Royal College. During her ten-year career at Joey's, she has played a key role in developing the company's national marketing strategies and spearheading its advertising, promotions, and public relations programs. She is also responsible for managing special events including Joey’s National Charity (The Alzheimer Society), franchise openings and cross-promotional opportunities with other organizations.

Mr. Elgin Hanes
Purchasing Manager
Elgin has more than 30 years of broad-based management and sales experience in the Canadian foodservice and retail industries. Before joining Joey's Only, Elgin was employed by Canada's largest foodservice distributor where he held several Senior Management positions in Sales and Marketing. He has also been a consultant for a major meat packer in Western Canada. Elgin is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where he received a degree in Business Administration (Honours).

Mr. Robert Hilditch
Vice-President of Business Development
Rob has over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry. Starting at an early age as a dishwasher and busboy in his families' restaurant in Vancouver, Rob has worked his way through the ranks in the industry. Rob managed several prominent restaurants in Vancouver, BC and Calgary, AB before coming to Joey's Only Franchising. Rob holds a Diploma in Business Finance and Investment Management from Langara College in Vancouver, BC. Rob first joined the Joey's team as a Special Projects Coordinator and later as a Regional Manager. Rob now oversees Franchise Development with respects to Franchise Sales and Construction. On a daily basis he works with potential franchisees and manages the behind the scenes construction for all renovations and new construction.
